How engagements work

Every engagement is governed by a written proposal signed by both parties. The proposal defines the scope, deliverables, timeline, and a fixed fee, and takes precedence over anything on this website. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer, advice, or a guarantee of outcomes.

Fees

Published starting fees apply to the standard scopes shown on this website, are exclusive of applicable taxes and are confirmed in the written proposal. Requirements outside a standard scope are quoted separately and proceed only with your written approval.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before any substantive discussion. We do not name clients without written permission.
